WHAT WARRANTY COVERS OUR PRODUCTS?

In accordance with current legislation on consumer goods warranties, our products have a one year warranty from the date of purchase, although during the first three months any defect of the product is presumed to have originated from the factory, unless proven otherwise. After the first three months, it will be up to the consumer to prove that the defect originates from the factory.

The warranty does not cover damages caused by improper use or poor maintenance by the customer. Nor does it cover repairs, modifications, and/or manipulations such as:

  • Changing or adjusting the cord, or any intervention not carried out by STARVIE’s official technical service.

  • Aesthetic or structural damage resulting from the improper installation or removal of accessories, such as protectors, which may compromise the paint or frame.

  • Damage caused by impacts, falls, or collisions with other objects.

  • Prolonged exposure of the paddle to extreme temperature or humidity conditions that affect its technical characteristics.

It is essential that the customer ensures proper use of the paddle and refrains from making modifications or repairs outside authorized channels, as any unofficial intervention will void the warranty. The warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse or poor maintenance by the customer. Nor repairs or modifications not made by our company.

If the product was purchased through the official STARVIE website, you must contact us by email through our customer representative and by providing the following information: a photo of the product defect, the order number and the date of purchase. The customer service department will respond as soon as possible informing you of the procedure to follow once all the information provided has been reviewed.

Recommendations for taking care of your padel racket:

  • Don't hit the padel racket against any hard or sharp object.

  • Don't leave the racket inside the car, exposing it to high or low temperatures.

  • Carefully remove the protector by applying heat to avoid damaging the racket's frame.
